The Niles Foundation’s Community Service Fellowship Program is a paid, service‑learning opportunity for community members who want to make an impact while gaining hands‑on experience. Through a three‑month, stipend‑supported fellowship, participants support food access, clean mobility, and community‑centered climate work across our neighborhoods.

Fellows participate in one of two tracks:

Food Access & Operations (Halo Food Project)
Support warehouse operations, food bagging, and community food distributions that help ensure families receive healthy food with dignity.

Clean Mobility & Community Engagement (EVCLEAN15)
Support clean, zero‑emissions mobility efforts through outreach, community education, and event planning that advance equitable transportation access.

This fellowship is ideal for individuals, career‑changers, and community members seeking a meaningful, paid opportunity to serve, learn, and grow.

The EVCLEAN15 is The Niles Foundation’s zero‑emissions, community‑powered transit initiative, providing free, clean, and reliable EV rides across the Council District 15 and neighboring Los Angeles communities.
