The Halo Food Project

We are pleased to implement the Halo Food Project (HFP), a first of its kind full mobile retail grocery store. HFP sources from local and regional certified growers and farmers providing healthy foods with SNAP & EBT access. The HFP also includes community feedback making retail changes based on needs.

Learn More About The HFP

The Halo Food Project

In partnership with USDA and RFI, TNF’s Halo Food Project (HFP) stewards a necessary and pivotal food system of clean energy retail mobile grocery stores that provide healthy foods for retail with SNAP and EBT accessibility. The community stores will benefit very low-income, low-income, underserved, underrepresented, disadvantaged and BIPOC communities of LA and South LA, giving 1.3 million LA residents an immediate food access and food security action plan.
