All of our program and project sites, provide real world knowledge, training and education through practice and theory. Participants, families, individuals and students learn through support, guidance, expertise and routine.
Our education is virtual and in-person, our training can be on-site or off-site and is usually in the areas of environment, health, urban greening, farming, gardening, bee keeping, food access, community development, events, and volunteerism.
While our growers train beginning growers, families train other families, our youth and students train the like and community equity begins to take shape. We learn from others as others learn to lead, and our communities gain access to equitable resources, skills and development through shared outcomes. We are building upward together one by one.
While our programs are hands-on, and available to our LA communities in need, we've created a safe atmosphere, providing tools, equipment, supplies, materials and the other appropriate fundamentals for participants. We are improving techniques through data and teachable moments
